Juice production process:

The juice is pressed in the region where the grapefruits are grown. Fresh off the harvest, the fruits are immediately processed to capture the essence of flavour and aroma, as if plucked directly from the tree.

The fruits undergo a wash, are then positioned on the juicer, sliced, and pressed in a manner that extracts the juice without compromising the peel.

This juice is a testament to the passion and traditions of our colleagues in the south, it is then decanted into collective containers before being either cooled or frozen. Once it arrives at our pressing facility, we proceed to fill it into glass bottles or Bag in Box pouches.

Before bottling or bagging, the juice is pasteurised at 80°C to ensure it maintains its freshness over a long period.

We are a juice manufacturer with our own pressing facility, equipped with presses for extraction and fillers for packaging the juices in both bag-in-box and bottle formats. Our juices are produced on-demand according to customer orders, ensuring that we always deliver fresh products.

Packaging:

The juice comes in a convenient and easy-to-handle glass container, ensuring the flavour’s freshness is preserved.

Packaged in collective boxes or multipacks, our juice comes in eco-friendly cardboard packaging or shrink wraps. This not only facilitates easier storage but also provides enhanced protection for the bottles during transit.

Storage:

Should be stored in a cool, shaded place at temperatures between 2 and 20°C. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.

Shelf Life:

9 months from the date of production.
