Juice production process:

Before juice production begins, we meticulously clean the elderberries by removing any twigs and leaves, then washing the fruits under running water. Subsequently, they are crushed and sent to the press where the juice is extracted.

Before being poured into bottles and pouches, the juice undergoes thermal processing through pasteurization, ensuring it is safe and retains its freshness for an extended period.

We are a dedicated juice producer with our own pressing operations, equipped with a press for extraction and fillers for packaging juices into both bag-in-box and bottles. Our juices are freshly produced according to customer orders, guaranteeing that we always deliver fresh products.

Packaging:

Each item is securely packaged in individual, eco-friendly cardboard boxes, designed for easy dispensing and enhanced protection during transport, eliminating the need for additional cartons.

Storage:

The juice should be stored in a dry and shaded place at temperatures between 2 to 20°C. Once opened, consume within 21 days – the tap must be flushed with juice to prevent air from entering. If air does get into the bag, the juice should be consumed within 24 hours.

Shelf Life:

12 months from the date of Production.
