Each batch has a unique taste and aroma, dependent on the variety and ripeness of the fruits used in production.

Juice production process:

The juice is pressed in the region where the grapefruits are grown. Fresh off the harvest, the fruits are immediately processed to capture the essence of flavour and aroma, as if plucked directly from the tree.

The fruits undergo washing, are positioned on the juicer, sliced, and pressed in a manner that extracts the juice without compromising the peel.

This juice, a testament to the passion and traditions of our colleagues in the south, is then decanted into collective containers before being either cooled or frozen. Once it arrives at our pressing facility, we proceed to fill it into glass bottles or Bag in Box pouches.

Before bottling or bagging, the juice is pasteurised at 80°C to ensure it maintains its freshness over a long period.

We are a juice manufacturer with our own pressing facility, equipped with presses for extraction and fillers for packaging the juices in both bag-in-box and bottle formats. Our juices are produced on-demand according to customer orders, ensuring that we always deliver fresh products.

Packaging:

Each item is securely packaged in individual, eco-friendly cardboard boxes, designed for easy dispensing and enhanced protection during transport, eliminating the need for additional cartons.

Storage:

The juice should be stored in a dry and shaded place at temperatures between 2 to 20°C. Once opened, consume within 21 days – the tap must be flushed with juice to prevent air from entering. If air does get into the bag, the juice should be consumed within 24 hours.

Shelf Life:

9 months from the date of production.
