Cranberries are becoming increasingly popular in Britain. We’re delighted with the growth of cranberry farming and happily collaborate with local growers, mainly sourcing our fruit from regional suppliers. In case of any shortages, we turn to cranberries from Canada, which offer the same high quality.

At our family-owned press, we use a special press to extract juice directly from cranberries.

We recommend enjoying Scarlet Cranberry juice chilled, as it enhances its unique flavour. It works perfectly as an addition to cocktails, giving them a characteristic tartness. You can also mix it with other juices from our range, sparkling water, tea, or even alcohol, creating unique blends. Additionally, our cranberry juice is excellent as an addition to dishes or refreshing jellies. The juice is also available in a smaller 250ml packaging. Juice production process:

Our Scarlet Cranberry harvesting process is quite a sight to behold! The cranberry bushes are submerged in water, causing the fruit to float to the surface. Using a special feeder, we carefully gather the cranberries and place them in crates. Next, the fruit is meticulously washed, crushed, and sent to our press for juice extraction.

Before the juice is poured into bags or bottles, it undergoes pasteurization at 80 degrees Celsius, ensuring it stays fresh for an extended period.

As a proud producer with our own juice press, we handle everything in-house. Our state-of-the-art equipment allows us to press the juice and package it in bag-in-boxes and bottles.

We produce our juices on demand, based on customer orders, so you always receive the freshest products possible.

Packaging:

Each item is securely packaged in individual, eco-friendly cardboard boxes, designed for easy dispensing and enhanced protection during transport, eliminating the need for additional cartons.

Storage:

The juice should be stored in a dry and shaded place at temperatures between 2 to 20°C. Once opened, consume within 21 days – the tap must be flushed with juice to prevent air from entering. If air does get into the bag, the juice should be consumed within 24 hours.

Shelf life:

12 months from the date of production.
